This project uses pipenv, which can be installed via:
$ pip install --user pipenv
Next, install the dependencies and activate the shell:
$ pipenv install
$ pipenv shell
To run the script, re-generate the file, and serve it, run:
$ pipenv shell
$ python mlir-dialects.py serve
