We all know that some people "sound smart" when they talk. Is that just arbitrarily agreed-upon status markers, or is there more going on here? I suspect that computers can help us pin down the ways in which cognition shapes everyday speech.
This directory is my playground. I'll use it to try out new NLP techniques I'm learning and to test out various measures on various corpora.
