R for Clinical Workflows

Launch RStudio Cloud

R is a powerful and versatile programming language widely used in clinical research and healthcare settings. It can be used for various tasks such as data cleaning, data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization.

We're excited to provide online tutorials designed for clinical workflows to help clinicians and researchers understand and implement R (Tidyverse, Pharmaverse etc.) for their work. Our hope is overtime we will have various parts that will come together for a thorough clinical workflow. We plan to tackle SDTM, TLGs and other sections over the course of 2023! Each part has a live and interactive Posit Cloud environment preconfigured. Please click the "Launch Posit Cloud" to work with the live code. Please feel free to copy the repo and customize the examples for your own internal pharma-specfic workflows!

Launch RStudio Cloud

This tutorial is based on the Clinical Reporting in R workshop from R/Pharma 2022, led by Christina Fillmore (GSK), Ellis Hughes (GSK), and Thomas Neitmann (Roche). The author thanks the instructors for sharing their valuable resources. Watch the full recording on YouTube, check out the workshop materials, and learn more about the pharmaverse and R/Pharma.
