The paper was written by Ahmad Mahmoody ahmad@cs.brown.edu, Matteo Riondato matteo@cs.brown.edu, and Eli Upfal eli@cs.brown.edu. The sources for the paper are in the paper directory. All rights are reserved and the sources for the paper can not be modified or re-distributed. You can compile them in any way you want but you can not redistribute the compiled artifact in any way, except for classroom purposes.
