Possibly missing SHOULD in SEC_040 (v0.1)

I'm not sure whether this was intentional, but just in case it turns out to be an oversight I figured I'd bring it up: in SEC_040 a lower-case "should" is used instead of the upper-case "SHOULD" I was expecting.
