Project include Hardware and two Android Application. First app notify level of dustbin full(75% and 90%) realtime on with marker on map with location. Second android app is to continuously take image in 20 sec intervels(actually 24hrs) and then process that image to detect garbage. If garbage is accumulated for more than 24 hours then notify in realtime on map with marker on that location. If garbage accumulated for more than 48hrs than tweet and send mail to concernerd authority. For Detail read the ppt named "Discription".
