why the augmented segmentation data is different from the original PASCAL VOC dataset?

I have download the augmented segmentation data from your link, and its different from the original PASCAL VOC dataset, won't it influence the result?
the augmented segmentation data:
2007_000033
2007_000032
the original PASCAL VOC dataset:
2007_000033
2007_000032
