Recreation of the Local Group Selection mechanic from Halo Wars in Unreal Engine.

- The BPC_GroupSelectionController component contains the core logic for identifying and selecting on-screen units. Add the component to your player pawn/controller & call the SelectLocalGroup event to use the group selection system.
