Introduction

Banking services have always been the source of major inconvenience to the customers mainly due to inefficient working, lousy form handling and deposition for money withdrawal, deposit or transfer. We intend to blend the credibility of QR-code scanning with efficient web-hosting to make the process simpler and faster.

🔭   About this Project

In this project, we aim to develop a self sufficient, secure and encrypted banking system which will interconnect the remote form dispensation and submission. We intend to blend the credibility of QR-code scanning with efficient web-hosting to make the whole process simpler and faster. We aim to build the real 3D model to the machine that will be heart of our machine on the solidworks and a website for the demonstration pf the whole that is to be carried out which includes the viewing various forms at one location and collection of all forms at our firebase, for all the development we use html5, css, javascRipt, bootstrap, google cloud services.

💼   Working

Step 1: Get our AFSC machine installed in the bank space with the cloud account of the bank employees used to make the real time database for each of the worker.

Step 2: Scan the Q-R code on the AFSC machine which will redirect you to our website where you can find a variety of forms to choose from.


Step 3: Then choose your form and it will be automatically printed from the machine.
Step 4: Take out the form fill it out and use the upload form panel on our website to upload the filled scanned copy of documents.

Step 5: Then from there the form is directed to the clerk's storage database where it can be veriied.
Step 6: Later an approval is send by the clerk back to the person if the form is filled correctly.

Optimization


✍️   Business aspect

The AFSC machine reduces human input as it eliminates queues and counters. The machine will be rendered via 3-D modular printer, which gives a big economic and commercial advantage to the buyers. An efficient banking system that is technically equipped, easy to handle and hassle-free will directly influence loyalty of customers towards the bank, bringing a lot of liquidity to the bank and steering it clear ahead of the competitors.
