VHDL Projects for the Papilio One VGA Wing

This repo contains multiple VGA projects that use the Papilio One the VGA Wing.

• VGA Background - Generates a basic VGA signal and allows the background color to be set using buttons an a Button/LED wing.
• VGA Text - Generates text via a font ROM and values in BRAM
