Describe the bug
I cannot open Libation. It does nothing. I have looked up on internet the solution, but nothing worked. I tried downloading a new version, didn't work. I tried deleting Accountsettings.json, nothing. I have looked for the LibationCrash file, nothing.
I really liked Libation and am unwilling to give up, what can I do.
I am running Windows 10 and just standard Windows 10 security.
The last time I successfully used Libation was in Aug

Attach your Libation log file here. If your user folder contains the file "LibationCrash.log", attach that also.

Alternative, you may open the log file folder from within Libation. Open Libation's settings, and on the first tab in Settings you can click the button 'Open log folder'.
Sorry that it's no longer loading. Please attach your latest log to this ticket. It should be in the same folder as accountsettings.json was in.
Same happened to me after update to Tahoe OS. Reinstall with latest Libation did not change behavior. Libation was working fine before OS update. No log file can be found.
No attached files are appearing. I don't think github lets you include them as email attachments, you'll need to open this webpage and drag/drop the files into the 'add a comment' section at the bottom.
Libation suddenly started working last night, which is great. Over the last 2 weeks, every once in awhile I keep clicking on the .exe file, and last night it started working again.
I did not realize the program was running in "Downloads", and I was deleting a fair number of large files from download to just clean up the download file. I don't know if this could be why the program started working.
Though when it started working, it was like I just downloaded it. I had to setup the account info again, change the download settings. And once it scanned my library, it displayed all the books as not being downloaded.
I still included the log files from the last time it worked.
I'm glad it seems to (mostly) be working again
it displayed all the books as not being downloaded
Can you try Import > Locate Audiobooks ? This should scan your current books downloads folder and update which ones are downloaded.
Closing stale thread. If there's new info, we can re-open.
