Auto-generation of templates for written reports for 6.419x Data Analysis: Statistical Modeling and Computation in Applications
Usage: Edit configuration variables in build_HW_report_template.py and run it to create a Jupyter Notebook with the written assignment questions, interleaved with blank markdown cells ready to be filled with answers. Or, grab a pre-built notebook from /templates and edit the header cell to customize with your name.
There are both "classic" (basic notebook) and "Jupyter Book" versions. Instructions for using the Jupyter Book version, which adds improved styling and the ability to selectively hide code cells while retaining cell outputs (e.g. plots), are here.
To convert to PDF, use your system/printer driver "Print to..." features.
