Fleet custom resource will own a namespace to manage robot operations. Resources fleets.fleet.roboscale.io and namespaces will be abstractly matched one-to-one.
Why is this needed?
In robolaunch Robotics Cloud infrastructure, every fleet corresponds a namespace.
