[Small Ticket] Add Red Cross label in PowerBI

• Get list of Red Cross keywords
• In PowerBI, create new column "Red Cross" in Records Table. Tag all messages including one of the below key word as True in that column
• Allow filtering in the dashboard on this value

• Created a new table in the Power BI file containing all RCRC keywords above
• Wrote a function in the Records table to search for RCRC keywords in the 'Original messages'
