[Small Ticket] Make Dashboard Refreshable in PowerBI Service

Somehow we cannot setup automated refresh for the dashboard in PowerBI Service. It seems to be caused by the connection to Azure Blob Storage

  • Figure out which connection causes the problem
  • Solve
