StartupNotificationLifecycleListener: triggers an OS notification when the app starts running.

Installation:

Tomcat's server.xml:

<Listener className="rp.listeners.StartupNotificationLifecycleListener" />

Run gw build and place jar inside tomcat's lib folder.
