This repository contains code used for the paper The global scientific research response to the public health emergency of Zika virus infection. The folder contains two main files called proces_text.py and Test.ipynb. File proces_text.py contains the main code wrote to clean data dowloaded from web of science and Test.ipynb a example of how code was used.
