To be named incremental game -- this is just enough to be a "hello world" for the genre.
This is currently just a frontend application. To run locally, install a sufficiently recent version of npm, navigate to the frontend-ui, and run npm start. This should launch a browser window; if not, open a browser and type localhost:3000.
