Utility to port biojs components to IPython
This repository makes the use of ipython-jsobject to expose javascript objects to IPython. So, ipython-jsobject should be installed first. To install ipython-jsobject:
pip install https://github.com/rohanjaswal2507/ipython-jsobject.git
Now, download the code to your localhost and install the python package.
git clone https://github.com/rohanjaswal2507/biojs2IPython.git
pip install .
To convert and port a biojs component to IPython, run:
python download.py npm-package-name
Note: Application is still under development.
