Coronavirus and its impact on Internet performance:
This repo mainly contains a script to parse lockdown dates from wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:2020_coronavirus_quarantines_outside_Hubei) and format it to a json object.
lockdowns/lockdowns.json contains the list of countries with a nationwide lockdown and diverse related information, such as, the official date of the lockdown, major eyeball networks and these networks AS dependency.
