Invalid FQBN: board esp32:esp32:ht_u_esp32_lora_v3 not found

For those that have upgraded to ESP32 v2.0.16: you need to redo the steps for board setup if you are using my board definitions (that start with ht_u). I'll try to get my fixes upstreamed to the official Heltec board definitions. You can also use those, as long as you remember to include the proper #define if you have a Stick or Stick Lite.

I reverted to using Heltec's own board definition in the README now, too much of a can of worms any other way.
