Can't get roscontrol to work

When I run

roslaunch rrbot_control rrbot_control.launch

I get the following output :

This is my setup

Ubuntu 16.04
Ros-kinetic

Any help is appreciated. Also, what is this example file supposed to do exactly? I am new to ROS. Thanks for the help.

did you install controller_manager? sudo apt install ros-kinetic-controller-manager
