Dockerfile is outdated

A bunch of changes needs to be done in the dockerfile.
First the one layer dockerfile makes it painful to debug.
Some package are inexistant or depricated now.
The names of the distro package needs to be added to /etc/portage/categories.

This is ongoing progess in #1035
