This repository contains all the codes for J and R NMM used for studying their bifurcation structures.
For all the codes in the HeatMapCodes folder:
Step1: run the codes MatSol6Hz.m or MatSol10Hz.m by keeping all the other .m files in the same folder. Step2: Once all the codes are done running, run the compil.m code to see the heatmap.
For all the codes in NumericalReproduction folder:
Step1: Run the MatSol.m code while keeping odefcn.m in the same folder
