Dynamically generate bashmarks in the current directory.
Use 'dm' to dynamcially create bashmarks for the most recently accessed directories in the current directory. Then use 'n num' to jump to a specific dynamark.
There is only one copy of dynamically generated dynamarks for your machine. So, if you go to a different directory, you need to regenerate the dynamarks using 'dm'.
If you want to just list the current dynamarks without regenerating, type 'n' with no argument.
$ pwd
$ /Users/roubles/git
$ dm
1) foo/
2) bar/
3) fubar/
4) bashmarks/
5) up/
6) drill/
$ n 3
$ pwd
$ /Users/roubles/git/fubar
$ n 5
$ pwd
$ /Users/roubles/git/up
$ n
1) /Users/roubles/git/forr/
2) /Users/roubles/git/bar/
3) /Users/roubles/git/fubar/
4) /Users/roubles/git/bashmarks/
5) /Users/roubles/git/up/
6) /Users/roubles/git/drill/
$ git clone https://github.com/roubles/dynamarks.git
$ cd dynamarks
$ make install
Then add 'source ~/.local/bin/dynamarks.sh' to your .bashrc file or .bash_profile file.
