hello,

i am trying to connect to AWS cloud using xmc4800. connection with cloud seems established but there is an error .. MQTT Echo demo could not subscribe to freertos/demos/echo.

could you help to rectify error ?

Could you please take a look at your IoT policy? Steps to locate:

  1. Open AWS Console
  2. Open IoT Console
  3. Go to Manage > Things
  4. Click on the link for your Thing
  5. Click Security, then click your certificate
  6. Click Policy, then click your policy
  7. View the policy document

In there, the constraints in the policy could be inhibiting you from publishing and subscribing to specific topics.
