A light-weight Alexa skill, my dayTime, that responds to the following:
a) The day of week a given date falls on (i.e instantly find out what day of week April 17, 1991 or December 29, 2018 falls on)
b) Today's day of week
c) Current eastern time with seconds (adjusts the speech delay so you get accurate seconds)
