If you ever wanted to make your own keyboard layout and none of those existing was truly fulfilling you: you can do so on Windows with the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator.

The green symbols can be achieved by pressing Alt Gr, the red symbols by pressing Alt Gr + ⇧ Shift.
Use the setup.exe in the de_xtnd folder.
If you want to edit my keyboard layout, download the MSKLC and modify the .klc file.
