Here is the new sample dic: Create_SVG/Enhancements_May2023/sample_dic_mutation_info.txt
You should find the 4 MS variants that were previously missing in the DB

PS: I have updated the local psql DB. I will update the one on pevolution2 sometime tomorrow. Just saying in case you are looking for these variants there.

Great! I plotted the alignments for the figs just now and they look complete. Thank you!
