Android application of blinking actionbar with ViewPager
Blinking actionbar's can be used as notification notifiers. This application uses ViewPager. The background color of actionbar is based on the current page's color that user is seeing. ActionBar's color and speed of blinking can be passed as a paramater. --This is an initial commit, i will add some more stuff to this application.
