- To add an issue click on "new issue" on menu bar
- To add an issue through twitter tweet with hashtag #pgsissue
- The issue through twitter will not be added to the system if the tweet is positive in sentiment due to sentiment analysis
- Adding location to an issue will automatically get the address in the "view issue" page
- To view all issues click on "all issues" on menu bar
- To view an issue click on an issue from all issues page
- To review (change status or category) click on review against the issue in all issues page
Dashboard can be seen as homepage or by clicking "dashboard" on menu bar
Departments can be viewed and added with from "departments" on menu bar
