1. Usage

Modifiy settings.gradle like this:

dependencyResolutionManagement {
    //...

    // use version catalog
    versionCatalogs {
        libs {
            //from(files("../../libs.versions.toml"))
            from("com.github.rwsbillyang:version-catalog:1.0.0")
        }
    }
}

In build.gradle:
