To get started

$ echo '.gems' > .rbenv-gemsets
$ bundle instsll
$ yarn install

Modifications

• assets that Gulp copies to .tmp also gets copied to src
• no rev() on assets
• use src and dist as source and destination
• don't exclude assets in _config.yml
