I got a IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/ais/gobi3/u/rkiros/storyteller/romance_dictionary.pkl',
I know it's because of this dataset or model file not be provide,where I should to download this file?and else include these file:

romance.npz,
romance_dictionary.pkl,
coco_embedding.npz,
coco_train_caps.txt,
caption_style.npy,
romance_style.npy
].
help me if you can,very thanks you.

That's not a issue. You must read the documents. >2G data need to download and change config.
