Server not saving on docker stop

Ways to reproduce.
Make a new world put a block down then run docker stop "NAME" the world does not save.

I'm not sure there is much I can do about this. The underlying server
software would need to handle the signal. I believe TShock saves when all
players exit, and you can execute save commands. With vanilla, iirc, you
can issue a save command via the terminal.
