First thing first you install java IDE like intelijIdea or Spring tool suite or netbeans. And install PostgreSQL to your machine.

I use IntelijIdea.

Steps.

Clone this repository
Open from ide tools
Runing this project
open localhost:8080
enter account : user = user , pass : 12345678
finish
