Dynamically Add/Delete organizations to channel and add/delete organization to consortium in the running Hyperledger Fabric network
There are 4 options available in this script
1. You can add 3rd Organization into the existing consortium i.e SampleConsortium
2. You can remove 3rd Organization from the consortium if it exists already in SampleConsortium
3. You can add 3rd Organization into the existing system channel ( not application channel )
4. You can remove 3rd Organization from the existing system channel ( not application channel )
