This is a example index.html file to get id token from your firebase authentication app. I have use this to retrieve idToken and test firbase libraries. Hope this will helpfull!.

you need provide correct paramter to create firebase app in index.html .Read firbase docs how to get https://firebase.google.com/docs/web/setup correct prams. Use your webserver to load index html to retrive the idtoken from the browser console.
