this is a nextjs app. to run as development: npm i -> npm run dev and to run as production: npm i -> npm run build -> npm start. this is a fullstack nextjs project its uses reactjs and tailwind for frontend and mysql and mongodb for databases it has a real time massaging app wich uses websockets
