Memory Crossover

Memory Crossover is a memory game with cards from different TV series (currently based on characters from Rick and Morty animated science fiction sitcom).

Features

• single player mode
• multiplayer mode (probably in the future)

The following APIs are used:

• The Rick and Morty API (https://rickandmortyapi.com/)
• Game of Thrones Character Api (https://thronesapi.com/)

Do the following steps to setup the project:

1. Clone project from GitHub
2. run npm install in the frontend folder
3. set env variable MONGO_URI to the address of your local database (e.g. mongodb://localhost:27017)
4. start backend
5. start frontend via npm start or package,json
6. start the server and open your browser on http://localhost:3000 to see the frontend
