In an Upazila there are many schools and schools are monitored by an education officer. But manually it is impossible to collect all information regularly from all school. So, schools are not monitored properly and quality of school getting down. If we build a system that collect data from all schools and provide to the officer then officer can properly monitor every institute and can take proper steps. Upazila Officer can verify all schools and headmasters. UEO also can communicate with headmaster using the system. To solve any problem Upazila Officer can assign co Ordinator to solve the problem. Upazila Officer get feedback from student according to schools. Headmaster also play role in the system. Headmaster can assign teacher and submit their performance in the system. Teacher can add students in specific class. In our system teacher will input data like student attendance, result and another extra curriculum activity. Teacher also provide student a username and password to access the system. Headmaster or principle of school get all information of his school throw this system. On the other hand, Upazila officer get all information of all schools. According this information, officer can send his people to solve the problem. Using this system, student can send any feedback like any problem they have faced. It will help them to improve school quality.
