Each sector has 512 bytes of storage capacity.
Using the number of sectors, the number of tracks along with the total size of the each track is found out.
Using the number of tracks, the number of platters along with the total size of the platter is found.
Using the number of platters, and the capacity of the platter, the size of the disk is found.
