R API for CORELS

To install, cd into the rcorels directory and run

# R CMD INSTALL .

Alternately, assuming you have the devtools library installed, you can simply use the install_github() function to install this package, as follows:

> library(devtools)
> install_github("saligrama/rcorels")

Within R, you can use the function train.corels() to train the CORELS model. The predict.corels() and print.corels() functions can be used to apply the resulting model to a set of test data, or print the model, respectively.

Note that for macOS users, the Homebrew version of R does not work with the Rcpp library that this depends on. Please use R from the official website.

Bundled data coming soon.

NOTE: This package compiles on Windows, but will NOT run on that platform due to significant incompatibilities between our code and Microsoft/MinGW's lack of support for several standard library functions. Please do not try to run this on Windows, as it will crash R. Instead, using Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) is the recommended way to run CORELS on Windows.
