A B18 update to AtomicRavioli's original A17 patch mod.

Additional fixes:
- Synthetic skin works as intended on both humans and crystalloids.
- Bad backs now apply to xeno spines rather than torsos.
- Natural organs/limbs can be transplanted to xenos using extra crystal.
