basic-python-script-for-Maya-

  1. Before getting start make sure you have Maya install.
  2. Go to script editor.
  3. Make sure your editor script is using Python not Mel.
  4. Go to the MAYApython.txt above and copy:
          COPY THESE CODES

and paste to your script editor.
