postgres db

git clone github.com/samuels410/helpalife.git

rename the following files,

database.yml.example to database.yml,
development.yml.example to development.yml

Migrate database: 

bundle exec rake db:migrate

To seed the initails data: 

bundle exec rake db:seed

Load some dummy users in the system:

bundle exec rake db:populate

To contribute create a new branch and start
