There is a problem when i execute the tradis_essentiality.R script.
It throws me the following error on one particular dataset. I have attached the out.csv file which i tried as input.

Error in fitdistr(ii[I1], "gamma") :
'x' must be a non-empty numeric vector

Hi, sorry for the late response, but I think the most recent change I've pushed may fix this issue. Unfortunately I haven't been able to see your attachment, so can't say for sure.
