This repository for interview assessment for CheckMarkx
checkmarks_interview.py script will clone a GitHub repo repository of your choice. The CLOC( Count Lines Of Code) software then will count the lines of codes and results multiple computer languages and projects in CSV file. Then the CLOC analysis (.CSV file) will be sent to the email address specified
Users would need to have the following to be able to run the script
- Python 3.7.2
- 'pip' must be installed https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installation/
- Valid Gmail account of the user and the sender
- Git (git version 2.29.2.windows.1)
- Works with Windows Command Prompt, PowerShell and bash
- Script should run from CheckMarkx-Interview
