MODS_ConvNet

This is a project from the Bioinformatics Unit at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, aiming to classify biomedical images of M. Tuberculosis, and study its growth dynamics, using Convolutional Neural Networks. Images used are obtained from MODS inverted microscopy. Base network will be trained on 7 day positive and negative images.
