Update, refine, correct, and extend the readme to be easy to use for developers who want to use Sapial and who want to contribute to the project. Give it all the fancy Github badges and icons that you see on leading open-source github projects.
Subtasks:
- Ensure readme is up-to-date.
- Make improvements to setup installation
- Add Github badges
- Ask Gabriel to go through new process, and make adjustments and notes based on his feedback and reception
